Shape. Each Lucide icon is traced geometry-first onto 23×23 cells, with real circles and curves instead of a blurred downscale. The most-used objects are drawn by hand, part by part, with their own details.
Light. Flat 8-bit colour: every part gets one light edge on the top left and one shade edge on the bottom right, with no drop shadows, so the icons sit on any surface.
Colour. Every part gets a real material (manila, graphite, steel, skin, rubber) on a bold four-tone ramp whose shadows shift hue (yellow to orange to red). The icon's name picks the material: a cloud is white, an apple is red, a check badge is green. Cursors and hands are always white.
Stickers. A sticker is the same icon plus a white die-cut edge, nothing else. The tilt and shadow on the board are presentation only.
